Atmospheric, surreal, and deeply whimsical. Letting Go captures a tiny figure seated quietly on a small wooden bridge beneath a shadowed canopy of dark trees. In the distance, floating against a cool, luminous sea-foam green sky, red balloons drift upward—one carrying a small figure floating away into the misty expanse. A rich crimson horizon line anchors the bottom of the canvas, creating a striking contrast against the dark forest hues.
Hand-painted using premium quality acrylic paint on a gallery-wrapped stretched cotton canvas, measuring 11" x 14" x 3/4". The staple-free sides are painted black, allowing the piece to be hung immediately without framing unless desired, and finished with a protective coat of high-gloss varnish. I have signed the back of this painting.
